What he/she brings to the industry - Assisted in the establishment of the FSET fire safety lab located at the Charlotte Fire Department Training Academy in South Charlotte. Several days have been realized in the design, procurement, transportation and setup of lab equipment (ongoing).
- Assisted in the establishment of the on campus FSET fire safety lab located in the Smith building on the campus of UNC Charlotte. Laboratory design and the procurement of equipment is currently underway (ongoing).
- Assisted in the procurement of recruiting materials for the FSET program (ongoing).
- Assisted in the development of the four year FSET curriculum proposal.
- Have devoted numerous hours in the TAC-ABET criteria curriculum arena.
- Currently amassing information to begin planning for the future FSET Cooperative Education Program.
