Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Performance Evaluator

Description
Tire performance evaluations, including ride/noise/traction/handling.
Subjective rating of tire feel and performance. Collection, analysis,
and reporting of test data. Instrumentation of test vehicles. Assist in
maintenance of test vehicles and track surfaces. Routine interaction
with internal and external clients. Support Skid Trailer and Pass-By
Noise testing. May be required to perform other duties not specified as
required to sustain appropriate levels of customer service.

Position Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of related experience. A passion for driving. Very
good mechanical aptitude, problem solving, planning and organizational
skills required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to
provide accurate and consistent product evaluations. Must have strong
computer skills. Self-directed with good attitude, work ethic and
customer service skills. Willingness to operate in diverse capacities to
support goals and objectives. Ability to work independently and as a
member of a team. Position requires a valid drivers license.

Educational Requirements College degree, technical school or equivalent
automotive work experience. Driving school experience preferred.
